We will contact you asap and try our best to fix your issue.

Soon we receive your claim of any deficiencies; we will use reasonable efforts to provide you with appropriate solutions. If we, after using our every reasonable effort, are unable to resolve deficiencies you claim in our services, then we may choose, at our sole discretion, to issue you a refund for the deficiencies that we consider not resolved. However, our liability to issue you a complete refund.

Refund Eligibility

We may choose, at our sole discretion, to issue you a refund in case:

  • The services you have paid for have any deficiencies
  • The device has gone malfunctioned with the same issues just after the resolution
  • Maintenance services are not provided on time.
  • You are not satisfied with the professional’s performance & Services.

A refund will be issued through the same payment mode you made the payment for the services before.
